Polyvinylpyrrolidone PVP K90

PVP K90, also known as Polyvinylpyrrolidone K90, is a high molecular weight synthetic polymer produced from the monomer vinylpyrrolidone. It is a white, free-flowing powder that is water-soluble with excellent film-forming, binding, and adhesive properties. Compared to PVP K30, PVP K90 offers superior viscosity, stronger film formation, and better binding strength due to its higher molecular weight. It is widely used in the pharmaceutical industry as a binder in tablet formulations and in cosmetics and personal care products as a stabilizer, thickener, and film-forming agent in hair gels, hair sprays, and skin care products.
