📦 COD Heavy Order Policy

At Cosmeti Hub, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on all orders. However, for heavy orders, the following policy applies:

⚖️ When Does This Apply?

This policy applies to all COD orders where the total parcel weight exceeds 5 kg.

💳 Advance Payment Requirement

For COD orders above 5 kg, an advance payment of Rs. 700 is required before the order is dispatched.

  • This advance is collected to cover courier handling and security costs for heavy parcels.
  • The remaining amount will be collected at the time of delivery (COD).

📲 How It Works

  1. Place your order on the website and select Cash on Delivery as payment method.
  2. Our team will review your order weight.
  3. If your parcel exceeds 5 kg, you will be contacted on WhatsApp at 03262319946.
  4. You will be asked to pay an advance of Rs. 700 via bank transfer before dispatch.
  5. Once advance is received, your order will be dispatched immediately.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Orders will NOT be dispatched until advance payment is confirmed.
  • If advance payment is not made within 24 hours, the order may be cancelled.
  • This policy is only for COD orders above 5 kg. Regular COD orders are not affected.
